What we’re looking for? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and energetic self starter that is detailed oriented and passionate about helping artists get better. We get a lot of inquiries from artist all over the world and it will be your job to help them get what they need. Inquiries tend to fall into one of 3 categories: -Help with an existing order -Guidance on technique -Help selecting the right product In addition to working with inbound questions / inquiries you will also be responsible for reaching out to our most important customers and ensuring their experience with our brand and products is great. Proactive outreach isn’t a sales activity its more of an enabling conversation to help our clients succeed. This is a full-time role located near Yonge and Lawrence in Toronto. Responsibilities: -Help artists with their order and troubleshoot everything from technical web issues to international shipping issues -Become an expert at permanent cosmetic techniques and help artists diagnose issues -Be patient.. Not all our clients are great communicators and from time to time they can be frustrated -Enhance the brand by being the front line ambassador and first point of contact -Create and plan programs to improve our communication with artists -Work closely with our content team to help identify opportunities for website improvements, content improvements and product improvements -Be the voice of our customers at internal meetings and strategy sessions -Continually measure the success of the support function and devise a plan to continually improve it.

We are a small, nimble team that is passionate about helping permanent make-up artists around the world create better art. In February of 2016 we launched the Harmony Microblade which was the first fully disposable tool for Microblading artists. Since then we’ve been methodically growing our global community of artists and helping them with their craft through education, technology, and high-quality pigments and disposable tools.
