Introduction

Clients are welcomed into the brand new, bright, and modern studio by our knowledgable and professional team. Our first question is always "tell me about your eyebrows or eyes" leading into a comprehensive consultation with the focus on highlighting each client's natural beauty. Our mission with each and every client is to exceed their expectations and delight them with amazing results.

As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for guiding clients through their experience from phone/online inquiry to their visit at the studio.

Hours are approximately 40 or more hours a week including evenings and Saturdays.

Position

-Welcome clients in-person and on the phone, maintaining the reception area.

-Scheduling appointments in person, phone, email, or DM on our social media channels.

-Comfort clients by anticipating their anxieties; answering questions, informational selling of our services, and post-treatment followup.

-Maintain client accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information on our software system.

-Respond to inquiries and comments on our social media channels such as Facebook and Instagram

-Opening and closing routines

-Assist the artists and owner with an array of administrative duties


Required Skills

Skills:

-Able to multitask easily without compromising performance or attitude

-Excellent written and oral communication skills

-Proficient on Mac OS, Facebook, and Instagram

-Outgoing and warm, friendly personality

-Self-motivated with a positive attitude and dependable

Experience:

-Previous beauty reception experience is a must

-Outstanding communication skills and excellent phone demeanour and fluency in English.

-Strong multi-tasking skills and quick learner of computer skills and scheduling system, Facebook and Instagram.
